Creative Ice Breaker: Forget awkward silences: painting gives you the perfect opportunity to start conversations. You’ll bond over shared creativity and laugh through the fun, painting process. Plus, you get to leave with a beautiful canvas to remember the day!
Unique Format: This isn't just another singles mixer! We’ll pair up ladies and men (ages 25 to 45) for a truly fun and engaging experience. Ladies stay seated while the men rotate every 10 minutes to share their supplies and chat. The structured approach gives everyone a chance to meet, talk, and enjoy a little friendly competition in the most creative way possible.
Schedule:
3:00 PM - Event Kick-off: Enjoy a welcome drink and opening introduction. Meet your fellow singles and get ready to start the creative process.
3:10 PM - Painting Begins: Ladies stay at their seats while the men rotate every 10 minutes. Each man will use the supplies at the table while chatting with the ladies.
4:50 PM - Half-Time Break: A 30-minute break for everyone to mingle, re-connect, eat, and have more casual conversations. Enjoy snacks/food and relax before the second round.
5:20 PM - Painting Continues: The rotations resume, allowing you to continue meeting new people while adding your creative touch to your masterpiece.
6:50 PM - Final Rotation: The last chance for the men and women to rotate, ensuring everyone meets.
7:00 PM - Mingling & Wrap-Up: After the creative fun, we invite everyone to stay and mingle in a safe, comfortable space. It’s your chance to make those final connections after we pack up the painting setup.
The Canvas & Connections Experience:
The painting design for the event will be a pre-outlined, numbered design from Art in the Garden’s Botanical Green collection. The paint-by-numbers concept makes it easy for all skill levels, ensuring that you can focus on the fun of connecting, instead of stressing about creating a perfect piece of art. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or a complete beginner, you’ll leave with a canvas that you’ll be proud of.
